Code Review

This pull request enables the map editor in the Dashboard for the map widget. This is achieved by adding the MapEditorPlugin to the list of available plugins and including it in the dashboard_viewer configuration. The changes are correct and achieve the goal. I have a couple of minor suggestions to improve code consistency.
