Still just 2017 support but ignores duplicate tests where things like readyroll cause multiple copies of test classes / tests because of the migration scripts.

This is a version with added Visual Studio 2017 support

** Note that on my test setup it breaks visual studio 2015 so don't install this if you need 2015 support - i'll not publish to the marketplace until that is fixed **
