dracut: Install dd and ln as these are used by google_nvme_id

I found that the disk name symlink was missing on Flatcar due to the lack of dd. I thought about using pure Bash, but it can't handle the null bytes. I also thought about using tail, but this is just as likely to be missing.

I've also added ln for good measure.
