Why: establish a verifiable, repo-wide inventory to drive backlog and planning. What: - add docs/reports/audit/component_inventory.md capturing a component inventory, dependencies, and debt - cross-reference architectural claims in README, LAUNCH_PLAN, docs to mark status (complete/partial/broken/untested) - document integration points, data exchanges, and dead code paths - surface technical debt and missing tests to guide future work Impact: provides a single source of truth for RSE components; no code changes; read-only doc; no breaking changes.
