Changes:
-5.1k resistors for USB-C to USB-C compatibility
-Diode footprints are now stacked so only one can be physically placed at a time (USB resistors do the same)

Same as the first version, but since it was made in Kicad this time there shouldn't be any slotted hole confusion with JLC
