This repository is currently under construction. In the meanwhile, you can find the implementation of all the Bine algorithms at https://github.com/HLC-Lab/pico/tree/main/libpico

For the Fugaku/Torus implementation, you can find them at https://github.com/HLC-Lab/bine-trees-fugaku

We will add self-contained MPI implementations of all those algorithms in this repository in the next few weeks.
