Add docs badge to README

The GitHub Pages documentation site had no badge entry point from the README, making it easy to miss.

Changes

• README.md: Adds a shields.io badge between the existing "Test Results" and "Open in GitHub Codespaces" badges, linking directly to the hosted docs site.
