Tweak the description of the group

I think this has been happening already, but I want to steer the group to be less dependent on "experts", and more about getting people to talk and help one another improve their skills. It's important that new attendees come in with the right mindset. Would love feedback on this subtle (but important?) change of language.

I love it. People learn so much from all over the spectrum, no matter what your skill level you'll be able to both learn and teach.

@colemiller It's a good question. The current welcome email looks like this:

Welcome to Hacker Hours NYC! We've been holding free office hours for programming help at least once a week since September 2011. Come by if you have specific questions, or just to sit and work around experienced developers and others learning themselves.

It's probably a separate discussion, but maybe some encouragement to talk to others or "don't be shy about asking for help" or something?
