Sets up for adjusting inset to workaround HanSolo/SteelSeries-Swing issue 15.
Workaround for HanSolo/SteelSeries-Swing issue 15, where background is not sizing across entire gauge when gauge is small, making the gauge difficult to see (light color on light color)

Workaround for issue #15. By changing Abstract_Linear's inner frame inset to be 1 pixel instead of 16, the dark background then fills the gauge and small vertical gauges don't have light color-on-light-color.
