Depends on #1231

This is a WIP PR aimed at making the 2Ship randomizer compatible with the PAL version of the game

⚠️ Please do not report PAL-related issues (e.g. texture mismatches, corrupted or missing UI elements, etc.) to this PR.
Instead, report them to the dependent PR linked above

Thanks to @Schicksal88 for the german translations and guidance for their specific cases

✅Done:

  • Added gSaveContext.options.language support
  • Implemented parser for Latin characters
  • Special-case handling for German You got itemname strings, since the natural German phrasing is Du hast itemName erhalten
  • Special-case hangling for French grammer and articles gender
  • Multiple articles support for German since depending on the context articles will vary
  • Mapping for RandoStaticItem > Items support
    • French translations
    • German translations
  • Localization support for all Actors Behaviours
    • French translations
    • German translations
      • German special article handling

🔧Todo:

  • All items in shop when In the buy choices texts are displayed as red potion for 20 rupees (and you can buy the item for 20 rupees, what a steal!)
  • Other German situational cases (it's gonna kill me)
  • Complete the full item list and replace placeholder TODOs
    • Spanish translations
    • Japanese translation
  • Localization support for all Actors Behaviours
    • Spanish translations
    • Japanese translation
  • Localization support scene_table
    • French translations
    • German translations
    • Spanish translations
    • Japanese translation
  • Refactor item coloring to be modular instead of hardcoded (currently always red)
  • Perform more thorough testing
