Based on HarbourMasters/2ship2harkinian#886, with a few modifications to suit Starship.
This allows the player to edit the colors of Star Fox and Star Wolf in the radar.
It also provides us with a framework for adding customization to other colors in the future (engine glows for example)
Update
This PR has since been expanded to add Engine Glow colors, with a way to show multicolor elements in the same line of the Cosmetic Editor.
