Welcome to the Has-Needs wiki!

Prepare yourself for a few completely new ideas. It may be helpful to examine the way you have been taught to think about identity in the digital world.

Many people do not know that all of your identity was carved up and given away by the W3C back in the 1990's.

Since then, Identity has become like a handful of glitter spread all over the place.

Behind the scenes XML middleware sends and compares your profile with increasingly sophisticated skill, picking just the right message to sway you toward the ideology of the highest bidder.

It was never supposed to be this way.

Now imagine a new internet user, maybe non literate, being approached by an AI 'girlfriend' to eventually bilk them out of life savings.

I want to keep this from happening.

The same disempowerment facing the Next 5 billion internet users hits everyone affected by disaster too.

When the systems break down, it becomes glaringly obvious that it was never built for people.

So, what if it was?

What would a system look like if it was built from scratch to help people?
