AssemblyInfo.cs can probably be left out as BingusMod was working perfectly without it, but I was unsure sooo yea

removed support for ItemStats mod as the mod is deprecated
XoXFaby's BetterUI has ItemStats integrated but I personally haven't figured out how to access or do it properly
regardless, the item now works with the latest patch of the game, changing itemtier.tier to itemtier.deprecatedtier
you definitely need to update the assemblies in libs, especially R2API, BepInEx and RoR2
I'm also unsure if the mod needs the AssemblyInfo.cs as BingusMod worked perfectly without it, but just to play the safe card I left it in, as well as adding the nuget feed config, thanks to iDeathHD
