* Left-handed users can now access the red dot menu from the left side of the screen.

* When users switched from right->left dot everything works fine,
but when switching from left-handed to right-handed mode (left-> right),
it causes visual artifacts and crashes, so to fix it,
we refresh the springboard to ensure a clean re-initialization of the Springboard and fixes the bug.

* This commit detects when leftHandedMenu changes from true to false, refreshes springboard and fixes the issue.

* Menu item padding switches between left and right based on handedness setting
* This complements the dot position switch to provide complete left-handed UX
