Updated CAPIO-CL dependency to 1.3.4

This commit updates the CAPIO-CL dependency to version 1.3.4. It does not yet integrate fully with the features provided by the new release, but it begins by moving the workflow_name variable from being a global variable to be an attribute of the capiocl::engine::Engine class. It also updates include paths for CAPIO-CL dependency.
