In Construction Material we can build in layers from the inside to the outside. Material Rule

So, we can build the internal floors from the ceiling void side.

Panel Tilt Roof = 0deg, Wall = 90deg, Floor = 180deg

Panel Azimuth North= 0deg, East = 90deg, South= 180deg, West= 270deg
