Code update

• Fixed bug where VerciniAnalysisJ would crash when trying to run StackReg
  NB VerciniAnalysisJ now requires versions of StackReg >=2.0.1 as the call syntax has changed from run("StackReg",...) to run("StackReg ",...). Ie use the version that you obtain by activating the BIG_EPFL update site.
• Added script to image register and crop, ie no denoising

Test data update

• Added a test image and ROI file as these were missing

Updated the readme:

• Explain ROI naming convention
• Clarify how to analyse test data
• Explain how to install manually
