Closes #299

Context behind the change

This PR:

  • reworks Create and Join campaign UI;
  • makes app's network and wallet's network independent of each other
  • adapts the client side to the new endpoints and interfaces
  • implements stake provider

How has this been tested?

locally

Release plan

waiting for humanprotocol/human-protocol#3479, otherwise you can't create a campaign

Could you please revisit formatTokenAmount util? I suspect it might return not accurate values

Overall should be fine, but haven't tested it yet. Will do once comments are addressed
