Our snapsohts were committed off an unbuilt file, so they were old. Not sure how that happened, some error in my own workflows. We'll fix the workflows next.
* run the build before the test so we're testing the latest changes * update test runners to point to build * update release to run tests before publishing
* add example build in makefile * add instructions for claude for CRLF * add spec to validate examples, with snapshots
