issue #84 kind of asks for this feature of exposing the max_tid_streams setting for the TID-based overlap resolution via command line. This PR opens that avenue to set the overlap limit.
Note: if your trace really requires >5 additional threads/streams to resolve overlapping events, there's a high chance of the trace being broken or something wrong with the time stamps. It's recommended to take a really close look at the results to make sure the overlapping events are expected and correct.
