Fixes a hand-ful of bugs:
Fixes #115 - Start of week is now Monday rather than Sunday
Fixes #116 - Adding default shifts now beings one hour before event start, allowing for setup time, including fixing default shifts for big parties
Fixes #117 - Admins can now publish events to the public
/eventspage and they can publish shifts (internally), such that tenders cannot see their shifts until the shift planning is finalized (Shifts will not be added to calendar subscriptions until they are published either)Fixes #112 - It is now possible to create internal events without adding a description
In addition, adding an event now gets the default event date to be the next available Friday (meaning, the next Friday after the latest added event) rather than the coming Friday (duplicating event dates)
