Summary

allow injecting a custom OHLCV data loader into the Ross Cameron agent
guard against missing OHLCV columns and emit safe placeholder results instead of failing
fix relative volume to average the prior 10 sessions and log missing column context

Testing

python -m compileall src/swing_agent/ross_cameron_agent.py
