Replace mentions of Icinga 2 sources with Icinga DB and remove the now unused api-timeout configuration option from the Icinga 2 API client.

Replace mentions of Icinga 2 sources with Icinga DB and remove the now unused api-timeout configuration option from the Icinga 2 API client.
An open task would be to alter the architecture picture, stating Icinga DB instead of Icinga 2. I was unable to find its source and would ask @theFeu if they know anything about it. Otherwise, it's time to test my GIMP skills.
