Added some user interface enhancements.
Added the ability to edit .../healbot/data/cure_potency.lua, priorities.lua, and buffLists.lua. I've only down light testing for this feature; please report any bugs you find. Note: All files are backed up automatically with the same name but with the .backup extension.
