Deployment

Checklist

1. Bump build versions in app.json by one. There should be three places you do this.
2. Run expo build:android and expo build:ios to get the packages building in expo.
3. Get a bunch of screenshots of different screen sizes.
4. Log in to Google play console and the ios app store thing
5. Prepare release and stuff.
