adding code to perform beetle detection with yolo

Added a couple of things to get started on yolo beetle detection:

1. 29 annotations + their respective images (annotations are bboxes for beetles and scale bars)
2. Notebooks to preprocess the annotations into a folder structure suitable to train a yolo detector
3. Notebook to train yolo detector
4. Weights to pretrained yolo-8m + sample runs
