Doing some code refactoring

• We should not have magic numbers.
• We want to always identify is that if there is multiple occurrences in code, it is best to make it reusable instead of constantly retyping the same thing
• Some of my naming conventions could be better, but please review while I am working on this to give better suggestions.
• Always remember to try and keep things maintainable as possible, especially as application continues to scale.
