Update Discord4J #29
Description
Discord4J is currently at 2.10.1, and have migrated repositories to https://github.com/Discord4J/Discord4J/releases instead of https://github.com/austinv11/Discord4J so migration is required. Also, package names have been changed as well.
We could also wait for v3, but it seems that with the changes moving towards that point, fixing problems now may be easier sooner than later.
