This PR adds the regular and the adaptive versions of the kernel-splitting method to handle singular and near singular integrals in layer potential computations.
The main changes are:
Added new files
src/ksplit.jlandsrc/ksplit_utils.jlthat contains the kernel split correction functionalities.Modified src/Inti.jl, src/api.jl, src/utils.jl to add the new methods as
CORRECTION_METHODS.I added a new test
test/kernel_split_test.jlthat solves a Yukawa equation on a starfish domain and prints out the maximum absolute error.
