…n log Fix stale counts, filenames, and references across all three doc files: - Content modules: 19 → 22 (session_19, ref_17b_precedent, ref_ipp_emergency added) - Brief files: 14 → 17 (was undercounting es, intro, eb01, supp_psc) - Schemas: 10 → 9 (index_meta.schema.json never existed) - Fix example filenames (itb_a_core→itb_a, brief_01→b01) - Add missing root-level files to tree, missing scripts to list - Add CLAUDE_SESSION_LOG.md for Chat/Code coordination - Add coordination protocol section to instructions Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
