This PR is aiming to introduce a very flexible API for authenticating with GrandSlam.
Specifically, it is aimed at use cases for:

Complex Anisette implementations like Jelly should live in a separate repository, and might not be available right away.
Should the optional dependencies for Anisette have a naming convention? Like [anisette-aoskit], [anisette-jelly]? Or simply name their largest dependency like [objc], [jelly]?
