Standardizes Khoj-AIO image tags around the pinned upstream version, adds git-cliff-based release automation, fixes changelog spacing, and adds repository guidance. Main remains the package publishing path, while formal changelog updates and GitHub Releases now use an intentional release PR flow with versions like 2.0.0-beta.28-aio.1.
