Standardizes Mem0-AIO image tags around the pinned upstream version, adds git-cliff release automation, fixes generated changelog formatting, and adds repository guidance. Normal merges to main continue package publishing, while formal releases now flow through a release PR process using versions like v1.0.9-aio.1.
