This pull request introduces a new utility script, prepare_total_xsec_datacard.py, which extends an existing fiducial datacard by adding the necessary ingredients for an inclusive total cross-section measurement.

Note: This is a temporary addition, it would maybe be preferred if such a script is put into the repo for the combinations. Then, the extrapolated result of H->yy could be the combination with just a single measurement as input.

Example results for 22+23 inclusive are attached.
scan_r_stat_vs_statsyst_fTotal.pdf
scan_r_stat_vs_statsyst.pdf

For 22+23 inclusive fiducial, the expected r is 1 +0.126-0.124.
For 22+23 inclusive total, the expected r is 1 +0.128-0.126.
This matches the naive expectation very well: sqrt(12.6^2+2^2) approx 12.8. Note: the uncertainty on the BR is about 2% and dominant compared to variations of the fiducial acceptance from QCD scales, PDF, and alphaS.

Please review and try this script to ensure its correctness.

TBD later: Extend to differentials.
