Fix compile errors
The `Money.of()` method without `RoundingMode` throws `ArithmeticException` if the scale exceeds the currency scale. Appending `RoundingMode` excludes `ArithmeticException` in `PersistentMoneyAmountAndCurrency` and `PersistentMoneyAmountAndCurrencyAsInteger`.
