Options -d and -f have been separated to avoid errors in the loop. That means either -d or -f can be used. Error control has also been added to avoid breaking the process in case of having malformed cache files.

Options -d and -f have become complementaries to avoid inconsistences. That means either -f can be added on top of -d to only parse one file.
Additionally, error control has been added to avoid breaking the process in case of having malformed cache files.
