there is a bunch of yaml configuration in the blog and I guess that are docker-compose snippets, but it does not say so anywhere

This PR introduces a new blog post showcasing how to integrate the Woodpecker CI Config Service WCCS
developed by OpenClouders with the Woodpecker CI Server. The integration allows developers to seamlessly convert pipelines written in Starlark into the standard YAML format used by Woodpecker CI.
