This PR fixes the loading issue of PR templates after selecting the desired template from Preview.
Fixes: #146
For this i have just renamed and rearranged the templates.
For the templates to work, it has to be in the
main/masterbranch.To make sure it works, i have done it in my personal repo : https://github.com/prashant-gurung899/demo

Check the Preview section and click on the desired templates.
