I use the new rotation tag to fix the rotation order problems for Thinquartz. The main detector is not facing the beam center, so we need to change the rotation order to fix this problem. There is a new tag(#610) that can make you change the rotation order, so I used that to fix it. and also there is one det number wrong for segment 14 R5_R which I think is a typo.
