To showcase my work, I made this portfolio.
For the exercise, and to not rely on any frameworks, it is made fully in HTML and CSS with partial Javascript to display the menu in a more nicer way on mobile devices. It is responsive as much as it can be, without the use of any pre-ready responsiveness code.
It is also translated into English and French (Main language is in Japanese). See below for other language versions.

私の作品を紹介するために、このポートフォリオを作成しました。
練習のため、そしてフレームワークに頼らないために、HTML と CSS を主に使用し、モバイルデバイスでメニューをより良い形で表示するために部分的に JavaScript を使用しています。事前に用意されたレスポンシブコードを使用せずに、できるだけレスポンシブになるよう工夫しています。
