Jeremy Thomas's LINQPad LLBLGen Pro Driver and Custom Visualizers

I have created a few things to make LINQPad more useful for me:

A Static LLBLGen Pro Data Context Driver to showLLBLGen Pro generated entities in the Schema Explorer and Four Custom Visualizers:
