Initial Release of Desktop App

TeraKitchen is a WLJS application designed for automated analysis of optical time-domain transmission spectra. It offers:

• AI-assisted ML based reference/sample matching
• Fabry–Pérot deconvolution
• Interactive phase unwrapping
• Material parameter extraction

All features are integrated into a file-based workflow with automated reporting and metadata management.
