feat: Add swipe snackbar for new users#83

- Adds a snackbar to the main screen to encourage new users to swipe. - Uses DataStore to persist whether the user has swiped before, ensuring the snackbar is only shown once. - Integrates the preference into the `UserPreferencesRepository` and `MoonlightViewModel`. - Updates `MainActivity` to display the snackbar and update the preference on navigation.
