- Move third party packages (depends packages) downloaded from internet into a separate package - (contrail-thirdparty-packages). So now there'll be two packages - contrail-install-packages and contrail-thirdparty-packages.
- Include some third party packages which are required to run setup.sh in contrail-install-packages
- Update package configs for Ubuntu and Centos
