This PR merges the recovery work from fixning into main.

restores a buildable/runnable Android MVP app
fixes startup crash and optionalizes google-services for debug builds
restores OTP auth flow (Supabase)
restores map screen, public events list/details, create event flow
improves location handling and map controls
adds contact selection shell page
removes placeholder/sample Spokane fallback markers from UI startup
strips extraneous recovery UI banners
