I made it possible to inherit from RPRoadmapServer (e.g. RPRoadmapServerPref in ROB-IS) by changing its private vars to protected and by creating three functions that can be overloaded:
All my additions are marked by Sarah or SARAH - please feel free to remove them.
Also - I changed the launch files for ROB-IS so that they work with a 'prefs' map rather than 'hppits' map.
