This PR removes the old Localization.cfg file and replaces it with a structured localization layout, where each language is defined in its own dedicated file.

Previously, all localizations were bundled together inside Localization.cfg. These entries have now been split into separate files, named according to their respective language codes, improving organization, readability, and future maintenance.

Changes included:
Removed: Localization.cfg

Added separate localization files:
/Localization/en-us.cfg
/Localization/es-es.cfg
/Localization/es-mx.cfg
/Localization/ja.cfg
/Localization/pt-br.cfg (NEW)
/Localization/ru.cfg
/Localization/zh-cn.cfg

Additional notes:
A new Brazilian Portuguese (pt-br) translation has been added.
