feat: intelliJ
Add Gradle to the project. The project can be build with `gradlew build`. Gradle files as `build.gradle`, `gradlew`, `gradlew.bat`, `settings.gradle` have been added. I put the `ContinuousIntegrationServer` class in the src file.
Gradle was working well on terminal but IntelliJ was not using the build.gradle. Now all is OK.
