Follow these steps carefully to get AladdinChat running on your Windows computer.
Start by visiting the official releases page. This page holds the latest version of AladdinChat ready for you to download.

On the release page, look for the most recent release at the top. Versions have names like "v1.0" or higher numbers.
Under the latest release, scroll down to find files for download. You want a Windows version, usually with a name like:

or - AladdinChat-Windows.exe
Click the Windows installer file to download it. The file size is usually under 50 MB, so it should download quickly on most internet connections.

You can open multiple chats at once and switch between them easily.
Access the settings menu via the gear icon in the top right corner.

- Connect new agents by entering their ID.
- Adjust notification sounds.
- Choose light or dark theme.
- Set how often messages refresh.
These options help you customize the app experience.
- App won’t start: Make sure your PC meets system requirements and you installed correctly. Try restarting your computer and running again.
- No messages appear: Check your internet connection. The program needs to connect with the agent network online.
- Install fails: Run the installer as Administrator by right-clicking the file and selecting "Run as administrator."
