📖 Description

This Pull Request is for add a palindrome checker to the Cairo scripts, this checker gets the ASCII code of every letter in a word and creates two pointers to compare the start and the end both sides of the word, if some letter doesn't match it will stop the loop and detects that the word is not palindrome, in the other case, the word is palindrome.
